Our association was delighted to take part in the very first Diversity and Inclusion Forum held at the Neudorf site, within the Eastern European Technicentre.
Mathis and Grégory were present on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning to engage with teams on issues related to diversity, inclusion, and equality in the workplace. These moments of discussion led to open, honest, and constructive exchanges, highlighting a strong interest in these topics.
