Gare! Highlights

Gare! is an associative initiative established within the SNCF Group to promote the recognition of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals with dignity, in their full humanity, and to ensure they are treated with respect.

Fight

against all forms of exclusion, discrimination and injustice based on their sexual orientation (lesbophobia/homophobia/biphobia), gender identity (transphobia) and/or HIV status (serophobia).

Help

transgender people or those undergoing gender transition who are discovering their gender identity difference, particularly young people, in their difficulties in integrating as they are into society and into the SNCF Group.

Action

against isolation, the primary consequence of discrimination, with all its effects on personal well-being (social and human).

Promote

within the SNCF Group, equal rights for all individuals, regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation and/or HIV status;
