✍️🌈 Our association attended, on Monday, December 15 in La Défense, the signing of L’Autre Cercle Charter by the Keolis Group, marking a new milestone in the group’s commitment to the inclusion of LGBT+ people in the workplace.
Keolis, a major public transport operator in France and internationally, runs bus, tramway, metro, and rail networks across numerous territories. As a subsidiary of the SNCF Group, Keolis shares the group’s values regarding social responsibility, diversity, and the fight against all forms of discrimination.
By signing this charter, Keolis officially joins the companies committed alongside L’Autre Cercle, a leading association that has been supporting organizations for over 20 years in creating inclusive work environments for LGBT+ people. L’Autre Cercle Charter provides a structured framework to advance internal policies, raise awareness among teams, and promote equal rights.
The association will now support the Keolis Group and all of its subsidiaries, in the same way it supports other companies within the SNCF Group. As a reminder, the SNCF Group has been a signatory of L’Autre Cercle Charter since 2023, as part of a three-year commitment, with a renewal planned for 2026.
This continuity of commitment illustrates the shared determination of Keolis, the SNCF Group, and L’Autre Cercle to make diversity and inclusion sustainable drivers of organizational transformation, benefiting both employees and users.
