A week full of meetings and exchanges on gender balance, diversity, and well-being at work 🏳️🌈
From September 23 to 25, our association experienced a particularly intense and enriching series of events across several SNCF Technicentres — train maintenance centers — held almost simultaneously, all driven by a common goal: promoting gender balance, diversity, and well-being at work.
Technicentre Est Européen – Our first night-time intervention !
During the night of October 23 to 24, Stéphane and Grégory were present at the Technicentre Est Européen as part of the Forum on Gender Balance, Diversity, and Well-Being at Work (BVET).
It was a first for our association: a night-time intervention! The experience was a real success, marked by sincere and constructive discussions with the agents present. Holding a session at night also means acknowledging the reality of shift work and ensuring that no group of employees is excluded from this kind of initiative.
A huge thank you to Franck Garson and his entire team for their outstanding organization and their warm, professional welcome — true to their reputation.
Technicentre de Paris Nord – Joncherolles site – Forum H
The next day, it was the Technicentre de Paris Nord’s turn to host our team as part of the Forum H.
Matias and Grégory were on site to engage, raise awareness, and inform staff about our actions promoting diversity and inclusion. It was a meaningful moment, characterized by open dialogue and active listening.
Technicentre Atlantique – The Great West mobilized !
At the same time as the Forum H, Macha and Killian represented the association at the Technicentre Atlantique, where they ran a stand and engaged with staff from the western region.
Once again, participation was strong: dozens of employees took the time to exchange, debate, and share their experiences around these essential themes.
These interventions also reflect our commitment to being close to the field and to the production teams working in train maintenance, who — despite their operational constraints — were able to take time to meet us.
Their presence, their attentiveness, and the quality of the exchanges demonstrate the growing interest in diversity and inclusion across all the Technicentres.
