On Tuesday, April 7, the President of Gare! took part in a meeting organized as part of the ERG Circle by L’Autre Cercle, an association dedicated to LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the workplace.
Hosted at RATP Dev’s offices, the event brought together a wide range of stakeholders committed to advancing inclusion and diversity. The roundtable, titled “LGBTQIA+ Internal Networks and Allies: Strategies to Expand, Unite, and Sustain,” provided a platform for meaningful and constructive discussions.
Participants shared concrete feedback and real-life experiences from their respective organizations, highlighting the key role internal networks play in fostering inclusive work environments. Several structuring levers were identified, including governance, visibility, and ally engagement.
The discussion also encouraged collective reflection on the conditions required to ensure the long-term sustainability and impact of such initiatives. Ultimately, the effectiveness of LGBTQIA+ networks depends on their ability to endure, build strong communities, and align with broader diversity and inclusion strategies within organizations.
