Today, we took part in the Rail Mixity Europe Forum hosted by Hexafret in Saint-Ouen, a day dedicated to inclusion, diversity, and awareness. 🏳️🌈
In partnership with SNCF Mixité, we hosted several stands to engage with employees on topics related to equality, diversity, and workplace inclusion. These discussions provided valuable opportunities to raise awareness and encourage open, constructive dialogue.
This first edition of the forum took place in a calm yet encouraging atmosphere in terms of participation, reflecting genuine interest in these topics and a shared willingness to foster positive change within the workplace.
