Ipsos Survey Results for L’Autre Cercle: Encouraging Progress, Yet Ongoing Challenges 🏳️‍🌈

The presentation of the Ipsos survey results conducted for L’Autre Cercle took place on May 19 during a conference held via Teams. The study aimed to assess both the perception and the reality of LGBT+ inclusion within professional environments.

The results highlight a strong commitment among respondents — both LGBT+ and non-LGBT+ — toward building a more inclusive and respectful workplace culture. Several indicators were found to be above the national average, reflecting positive progress in attitudes and diversity practices.

However, some figures also reveal that significant challenges remain for certain employees. Beyond the statistics, the survey points to ongoing situations of discomfort, discrimination, and isolation, emphasizing the continued need for awareness, support, and prevention initiatives.

These findings illustrate both the progress that has been made and the work that still lies ahead to ensure truly safe, inclusive, and respectful workplaces for everyone.
