The GARE! association was present at SNCF Voyageurs headquarters in Saint-Denis for a day dedicated to dialogue, inclusion, and the sharing of experiences. 🏳️🌈
Two targeted initiatives were organized throughout the day to raise awareness among employees about diversity and inclusion issues. The first was a discussion session with the Mixité Matériel ambassador network, providing an opportunity to explore topics related to equality, respect, and the fight against discrimination.
At the same time, an information stand was hosted for teams from the Traction Directorate, creating a space for open conversations about inclusion and the initiatives being carried out within the SNCF Group.
These interactions allowed us to meet dozens of employees, gather valuable feedback, and continue the association’s awareness-raising efforts in the field.
