This morning, the GARE! association was present at the D&R Lines Directorate to host an awareness stand for employees. 🏳️🌈
Throughout the session, staff members had the opportunity to engage with the association’s team on topics related to inclusion, diversity, and the fight against discrimination in the workplace.
Around thirty employees stopped by to meet us, demonstrating strong interest in these issues and a willingness to better understand the experiences of LGBT+ individuals.
Among the activities offered, several participants had the opportunity to try our new virtual reality awareness module using VR headsets. This immersive approach provides an innovative and interactive way to explore inclusion topics, encouraging understanding and empathy through realistic scenarios. 🕹️
