As part of Pride Month, GARE! had the pleasure of meeting with the SNCF Mixité Champagne-Ardenne ambassador team to discuss LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace. 🏳️🌈
The session provided an opportunity to explore a variety of topics related to diversity, equal opportunities, and the creation of work environments where everyone can thrive while being respected for who they are.
The discussions were both insightful and constructive, encouraging the sharing of experiences, raising awareness, and promoting collective reflection on best practices for workplace inclusion.
