On June 17, GARE! was pleased to take part in the collective re-signing ceremony of L’Autre Cercle’s LGBTQIA+ Commitment Charter, hosted by the SNCF Group. 🌈
During the event, eleven organizations reaffirmed their commitment to promoting LGBTQIA+ inclusion in the workplace: Allen & Overy, Arthur Hunt Group, Bird & Bird, Clariane, Coface, France Travail, SNCF Group, Hogan Lovells (Paris), Microsoft, Nestlé, and Ubisoft. This collective initiative reflects their shared determination to continue advancing equality, diversity, and the fight against discrimination.
Beyond the signing itself, the ceremony provided an opportunity to discuss a key question: how can organizations continue to strengthen their commitment to LGBTQIA+ inclusion over the long term? Participants shared experiences, explored current challenges, and highlighted practical initiatives that help create more inclusive workplaces.
