GARE! Brings Virtual Reality Awareness Training to SNCF Voyages Italy in Milan

On July 23, 2026, the GARE! association visited SVI (SNCF Voyages Italy) in Milan for a full day dedicated to raising awareness about LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace. 🏳️‍🌈

The event opened with a welcome address by Fabiana Sorrento, Head of Internal Communications at SVI, who emphasized the importance of fostering respectful, inclusive, and diverse working environments.

GARE! then introduced the association, presenting its history, mission, and the many initiatives it carries out across the SNCF Group to support employees, raise awareness, and combat discrimination. A question-and-answer session followed, giving participants the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers and discuss workplace inclusion issues.

After a friendly coffee break, attendees took part in GARE!’s virtual reality awareness experience. Through immersive scenarios, participants explored everyday situations related to diversity, inclusion, and respectful workplace behaviors in an innovative and engaging way.

The day concluded with interactive activities, including a Kahoot quiz and a collaborative card game, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere. Dozens of employees attended the event, demonstrating strong enthusiasm and a genuine interest in advancing inclusion within their workplace.
