Ethics & Diversity Forums: GARE! Meets the Transilien Teams of Lines E and P at Paris Est Station

On the afternoon of 21 September, the association was in the heart of Paris Est station. We went to meet the Transilien teams of lines E and P as part of the establishment’s tour of Ethics & Diversity forums.

Several dozen participants came to discover our work and discuss ethics and diversity. This stand-and-conversation format is the one we stand by: opening dialogue in the workplace, where questions come up in concrete terms, and letting everyone ask their own.

It is also a way of making the association visible to employees who don’t know it yet. We have already held this kind of meeting in the middle of a station, with the Gares & Connexions stand at Gare de Lyon.

These meetings matter: in 2025, the association carried out 50 interventions. Thank you to the Transilien teams for their welcome and to everyone who came to talk with us.
