GARE! presented its LGBT+ inclusion initiatives within SNCF at an international conference held in London.

As part of the National LGBT+ Conference of the Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers Union, held at the London Museum Docklands alongside the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia on May 17, Gare! had the honor of presenting the association, its commitments, and the initiatives carried out within the SNCF Group to promote LGBT+ inclusion.

This international gathering brought together numerous trade union and community organizations committed to equality, visibility, and the safety of LGBT+ people within the transport sector. Discussions provided an opportunity to share experiences, highlight concrete initiatives, and strengthen connections between organizations working on these issues across Europe.

Gare!’s participation in this event reflects the recognition of the association’s work in promoting inclusion and combating discrimination. It also highlights the importance of continuing international cooperation to advance LGBT+ rights and foster more inclusive workplaces within transport companies and networks.
