GARE! Shares Best Practices with Renault Group’s LGBT+ Network

As part of its commitment to networking and sharing experiences, the President of GARE! recently met with members of We’R OutStandInG, Renault Group’s LGBT+ and allies employee network, founded in 2012. 🌈

The meeting provided an opportunity to present GARE!’s history, organizational structure, and the many initiatives carried out within the SNCF Group to promote LGBT+ inclusion, raise awareness among employees, and support teams on diversity and anti-discrimination issues.

The discussions were highly engaging and constructive, creating a valuable exchange of best practices between two long-standing employee networks. Topics included awareness campaigns, employee support, partnerships, communication strategies, and initiatives that help foster more inclusive workplace cultures.

We warmly thank the members of We’R OutStandInG for their hospitality, openness, and the quality of our discussions. They expressed their appreciation for the work accomplished by GARE!, the association’s strong organization, and the wide range of initiatives implemented within the SNCF Group.

These cross-company meetings are invaluable opportunities to learn from one another, share practical experience, and strengthen the connections between employee networks committed to equality, respect, and LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace.
