The GARE! association carried out its first initiative at ICF Habitat, the historic housing subsidiary of the SNCF Group, as part of an awareness campaign focused on workplace inclusion and diversity. 🏳️🌈
The event took place at the Sud-Est Méditerranée site, where members of the association met with employees from Lyon alongside the subsidiary’s SNCF Mixité ambassadors.
During this initiative, various topics related to diversity, inclusion, and the fight against discrimination were discussed in an open and supportive environment. These moments of dialogue help raise awareness, encourage mutual understanding, and contribute to building more inclusive workplaces for everyone.
This first collaboration with ICF Habitat represents an important milestone and reflects a shared commitment to promoting equality, respect, and visibility within the professional world.
